What is a “Jumbo Loan”?

It is a loan in which the loan amount exceeds conforming loan limits established by regulation.

• Our Jumbo Loans may accommodate your primary, secondary or investment property types.
• We offer financing to Borrowers with credit scores in the high 600’s which other lenders may not have available.
• You have the option to select a Fixed rate or an ARM loan with terms for either a 15, 20 o30-year mortgage.
